Could your school become Gloucestershire's top waste warrior? All schools in the County are invited to sign up to our Challenge.
We have a list of activities that your school can do, which you will be awarded points for.
We suggest you start the Challenge by completing our easy walk-round waste audit, this is a tool that will show you the amount and types of waste your school currently makes. From this you can then decide what actions you want to put in to place to improve things.
Schools who earn 200 points or over will receive a ladybird shelter. Glebe Infant School were the first to win the prize. For schools achieving 1000 points, we will award you with a Composphere, a brilliant, rollable composter. Remember though, to start earning points you need to sign up!
Your school will then have its own page when you sign up.You can then send us any news or photos to add to it.
