Recycle

Recycling reduces the demand for raw materials, allowing waste materials to be used again and again - and made into useful products. Most of the every day products we use can be recycled into something else.
Recycling uses less energy to produce goods than if they have been manufactured from virgin materials, reducing the need for mining, quarrying or logging.
By recycling we can also reduce the amount of waste that we have to dispose of. This means fewer landfill sites and a reduction in greenhouse gases which combats global warming.
Where it goes
Small changes really can make a world of difference! Recycling products, rather than taking new materials to start a manufacturing process from scratch, saves energy, money and the world's natural resources.
To reduce waste make sure that you use the recycling services provided in your area. To find out what can be recycled locally go to where you live

Plastics can be made into a range of products such as bin liners, carrier bags, sewer pipes and even fleece jackets.
Wood
