Road closure
Sunday 5th of July- Road Closure Pyke Quarry/Horsley Household Recycling Centre
The road leading to the Pyke Quarry/ Horsley Household Recycling Centre will have a closure at one end on Sunday the 5th of July, in order to renew a water service pipe.
The affected road area will be the B4058 at Horsley Hill, from its junction with Wormwood Hill to its junction with Narrowcut Lane, a total distance of 550 metres.
There will be a proposed alternative route and you may wish to bear this in mind if you are travelling to the household recycling centre on this date.
The route is as follows-
Travel in a W/SW direction along B4058 to its junction with A4135.
Travel in a SE direction along A4135 to its junction with A46.
Travel in a N direction along A46 to its junction with B4058.
Travel in a SW direction along B4058 to point of closure.
